The business plan presented aims to be a link between patients with chronic diseases aged 35 to 50 and doctors and therapists in complementary medicine, while offering 360-degree support. After conducting surveys and getting in touch with the real needs of people, the deficiencies in the current market offerings were identified. For them, insurance offers a simple solution without much support, leaving them alone with their doubts and concerns about what more they can do for their own improvement. The solution consists of a virtual platform created based on the information collected through the surveys and starts in the district of San Borja, part of Modern Lima, where there is a high concentration of NSE A, a group targeted for their high interest in health and wellness topics, according to INEI. In a second stage, scalability will be sought to mirror districts and then to the main provinces such as Arequipa, Trujillo, Piura, and in the future, to enter markets such as Chile, Colombia, and Ecuador. This project will impact SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being; SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth; and SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production. These goals highlight various global deficiencies. The proposed solution involves creating a technological platform designed to address the needs of patients with chronic illnesses or comorbidities. This platform will act as a link between patients, doctors, and therapists, aiming to treat their conditions comprehensively and provide 360-degree support.
