Abstract
El presente trabajo es una propuesta de innovación educativa que se plantea a partir del
problema encontrado acerca del desarrollo de competencias en las sesiones de
laboratorio del curso de máquinas eléctricas de la carrera de ingeniería, que influye en
el desempeño académico del perfil profesional de un egresado de ingeniería. La
propuesta tiene como objetivo general mejorar el desempeño académico del estudiante
en el curso mencionado incorporando metodologías en la sesión que lo involucren en su
aprendizaje siendo los objetivos específicos a) incorporar estrategias de aprendizaje
como aula invertida, aprendizaje colaborativo y aplicación de recursos tecnológicos como
RA así como también, b) incorporar estrategias que permitan incrementar el desarrollo
de competencias, para poder observar y analizar las posibilidades del diseño de la
propuesta.
Se realizó una experiencia piloto que fue planificada y ejecutada en el marco de
actividades basadas en el aprendizaje colaborativo, el aula invertida y el desarrollo de
un aplicativo de RA. Para la recolección de información se utilizó la encuesta a
estudiantes, las prácticas calificadas y el examen final del curso. Las acciones
implementadas permitieron observar un incremento del 7% en el rendimiento académico
con respecto al ciclo anterior.
The present work is a proposal for educational innovation that arises from the problem found in the development of competences in the laboratory sessions of the electrical machines course of the mechanical engineering career of a private university, which positively influences performance. academic professional profile of an engineering graduate. The general objective of the proposal is to improve the academic performance of the student in the aforementioned course by incorporating methodologies in the session that involve them in their learning, and had as specific objectives a) incorporating learning strategies such as flipped classroom, collaborative learning and application of technological resources. as augmented reality as well as, b) incorporate strategies that allow increasing the development of competencies, in order to observe and analyze the possibilities of the design of the proposal. A pilot experience was carried out that was planned and executed highlighting collaborative learning activities in the classroom inverted and the development of an augmented reality application, the instrument for data collection and analysis of results, a student survey, qualified practices and the final exam of the course were used. In conclusion, the implemented actions allowed to observe a 7% increase in academic performance compared to the previous cycle.
