Kausay Agro, is a business proposal that addresses a relevant social problem of a sensitive sector, family agriculture. However, these small farmers present great challenges in their productive campaigns, such as the scarce use of organic fertilizers (19.90% on the coast), lack of technical advice and, above all, the lack of organic fertilizer proposals that present accessibility, availability and essential macronutrients for their crops. The initial geographical delimitation is the department of Ica as a whole, based on the extensive agricultural activity in its five provinces, supported by the 14% contribution of the agricultural sector to the regional GDP. The project has two fundamental aspects of social and environmental management: (a) The reuse of semi-solid waste originating from the fishing industry, which in the CFG Investment plant in Tambo de Mora, Chincha alone. The plant emits 760 tons of fishing sludge per year. b) The production and commercialization of organic products, which structures the oxygenation of the soil and its permeability, strengthens the availability of nutrients and builds the regeneration of microorganisms in agricultural soils; under two productive lines: compost and biol. Thus presenting an economically accessible proposal, with fast delivery availability and high levels of NPK macronutrients. This circular economy approach is disruptive, due to the innovation in the production of beneficial bacteria of its own formulation, thus obtaining financial viability with an estimated NPV of S/ 4,171,761.00, social viability for being directly related to SDG 12, in turn with an NPV of S/ 6,003,598.68.
