Impacto de procesos contables y administrativos en el desempeño empresarial de un nuevo proyecto inmobiliario en la ciudad de Casma-Chimbote

Abstract

The scope of this Professional Proficiency Project involves the implementation of accounting processes proposed by Grupo Verona S.A.C. for its real estate development located in the northern region of Peru, specifically in the city of Chimbote. This implementation was carried out with the purpose of ensuring the generation of reliable, relevant, and timely financial information to support informed decision-making by the management team. To achieve this objective, the accounting department conducted the identification, analysis, and adaptation of administrative and accounting procedures, as well as the operational guidelines applicable to the new real estate project. Additionally, an Organization and Functions Manual (MOF) was developed to clearly establish responsibilities, attributions, and the functional structure of the personnel involved in the management processes. This initiative contributes to strengthening internal control, improving information flow, and promoting efficient resource administration within the organization.
