Abstract
estarían dispuestos a usarla.
The present investigation began after identifying a problem related to public and social health that was exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The issue lies in the difficulty of finding assistance and medical support for mental health and overall well-being. The solution is called FelizMente, which aims to impact the health of individuals with depression, anxiety, and stress, improving their well-being through access to information from healthcare professionals and activities to alleviate their ailments. It creates a community of users where healthcare professionals and patients interact. To design the solution, hypotheses were validated regarding the desirability of the business model through prototype testing with users, demonstrating their willingness to use it. Hypotheses addressing the feasibility of sales projections in relation to the marketing budget were also validated using Monte Carlo simulation. Finally, the hypothesis of financial viability and cash requirements for the project under different defined growth scenarios was also validated. It is concluded that FelizMente is a business model that generates economic and social value through the use of customer consumption information. It should be noted that the solution is aligned with SDG 3, impacting four of its targets, promoting mental health and well-being. In the financial aspect, FelizMente generates value due to the exponential growth of its sales at low costs. It projects a NPV of S/1,295,814, an IRR of 35.06%, and a social NPV of S/4,746,487, indicating that executing the business idea is recommended.
