In Peru, thousands of small-scale farmers struggle to obtain fair prices for their products due to the presence of multiple intermediaries, compromising their economic sustainability. At the same time, there is growing demand among urban consumers for healthy, functional, and ethically produced goods. This thesis addresses both challenges through the creation of Natural Boost, a brand of functional juices made from fruits sourced directly from farmers in Chancay. The proposal combines nutritional benefits with an inclusive and sustainable business model. It aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 1: No Poverty and Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by generating fair income for rural producers and promoting a responsible production ecosystem. Throughout the development of the project, hypotheses related to desirability, feasibility, and viability were validated using interviews, product testing, and financial simulations. As a result, the project achieved a projected Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 1,761,955, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 143.53%, and a social NPV of S/ 499,455.84 demonstrating both profitability and social impact. This positions Natural Boost as a solid, innovative, and scalable proposal that responds to a real issue in the country.
