Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “El uso de estrategias de expresión
corporal para favorecer la regulación de emociones en un aula de 5 años en
modalidad de educación a distancia, tiene por objetivo general: Analizar las
estrategias de expresión corporal que utiliza la docente de un aula de 5 años, de una
institución educativa pública de Lima para favorecer la regulación de emociones y los
objetivos específicos: (i) Identificar las concepciones que tiene la docente sobre la
expresión corporal y sus beneficios en niños de 5 años y (ii) Describir las estrategias
de expresión corporal propuestas por la docente del aula para favorecer la regulación
de emociones.
Esta propuesta está basada en que los niños y niñas por el contexto actual de la
pandemia, desarrollan sus clases en modalidad de educación a distancia y es
necesario que los docentes realicen sus sesiones de acuerdo a los intereses y
necesidades de sus estudiantes. Por lo cual, se ha tenido como informante a la
docente del aula, a quien se la entrevista y se observa en ocho sesiones de clases.
Esta tesis pretende evidenciar, la importancia del uso de diferentes estrategias
basadas en expresión corporal en las aulas, con mayor énfasis, en esta modalidad de
educación a distancia, ya que, de ese modo, los estudiantes podrán expresar sus
sentimientos, emociones y pensamientos mediante el movimiento. En relación a los
resultados obtenidos, se puede mencionar que la docente del aula de 5 años de edad,
utiliza estrategias de expresión corporal en el aula, lo cual permite que los niños y
niñas de nivel inicial, regulen sus emociones de manera progresiva.
The present research work entitled "The use of strategies of corporal expression to favor the regulation of emotions in a classroom of 5 years in distance education modality, has as a general objective: To analyze the strategies of corporal expression used by the teacher of a classroom of 5 years, of a public educational institution in Lima to favor the regulation of emotions and the specific objectives: (i) Identify the conceptions that the teacher has about corporal expression and its benefits in 5-year- old children and (ii) Describe the corporal expression strategies proposed by the classroom teacher to favor the regulation of emotions. This proposal is based on the fact that children, due to the current context of the pandemic, develop their classes in distance education mode and it is necessary for teachers to carry out their sessions according to the interests and needs of their students. Therefore, the classroom teacher has been taken as an informant, who is interviewed and observed in eight class sessions. This thesis intends to show the importance of the use of different strategies based on corporal expression in the classroom, with greater emphasis, in this distance education modality, since, in this way, the students will be able to express their feelings, emotions and thoughts through the movement. In relation to the results obtained, it can be mentioned that the 5-year-old classroom teacher uses corporal expression strategies in the classroom, which allows children at the initial level to regulate their emotions progressively.
