El bienestar laboral como parte de la estrategia de comunicación interna en empresas de Lima Metropolitana luego del periodo de pandemia en Perú

Resumen
La investigación busca analizar a la comunicación interna como un campo estratégico para la
construcción de iniciativas orientadas al fortalecimiento del bienestar de los colaboradores en
las empresas de Lima Metropolitana. Este tema surge en un contexto de postpandemia,
situación que supuso cambios en las formas de trabajo, por lo que se vuelve clave salvaguardar
una experiencia satisfactoria desde el ámbito laboral. Por ello, se plantea la siguiente pregunta:
¿Cómo las estrategias de comunicación interna influyen en la percepción de bienestar laboral
de los colaboradores de las empresas de Lima Metropolitana?
Para responderla, se realizaron diez entrevistas semiestructuradas a analistas de comunicación
interna de distintos rubros empresariales. A partir de sus perspectivas, se pudo explorar que las
estrategias de comunicación interna, en conjunto con la cultura organizacional, son
herramientas fundamentales para la gestión de relaciones interpersonales y la capacitación de
líderes en sus empresas. Como resultados principales, se identifican efectos positivos en la
fidelización de los públicos internos y en el fortalecimiento de la reputación empresarial.
Asimismo, se evidencia que el sentido de pertenencia, a través de la comunicación interna, es
un factor fundamental para consolidar los demás factores del bienestar laboral: la satisfacción
laboral, el compromiso organizacional y la motivación laboral.
The research aims to analyze internal communication as a strategic field for developing initiatives focused on strengthening employee well-being in companies in Lima Metropolitana. This study emerges in a post-pandemic context, a situation that involved changes on work arrangements, which is why safeguarding a satisfying work experience has become essential. Therefore, the following question is posed: How do internal communication strategies influence the perception of work well-being among employees of companies in Lima Metropolitana? To address this question, ten semi-structured interviews were conducted with internal communication analysts from different business sectors. From their perspectives, it was possible to explore that internal communication strategies, in conjunction with organizational culture, are fundamental tools for managing interpersonal relationships and training leaders. As main results, positive effects are identified in employee loyalty and strengthen corporate reputation. Furthermore, it is evident that the sense of belonging, facilitated through internal communication, becomes a fundamental factor in reinforcing the elements of workplace wellbeing: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation.
