Abstract
El contexto educativo en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria por el covid-19 ha
vivenciado diversos cambios. Uno de los más importantes, está enmarcado en el
proceso de adaptación a la modalidad de educación a distancia que produce en la
dinámica educativa situaciones que nos permiten visualizar los retos y desafíos de la
educación en este contexto. Por ello, el objetivo de este estudio se centra en analizar
las percepciones que tienen las docentes sobre los retos y oportunidades de la
educación a distancia con niños y niñas de 4 años en una Institución Educativa Pública
del distrito de San Miguel. La investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo. Además, es
de tipo descriptivo y se centra en el método de estudio de caso enfocado en las
percepciones docentes, por lo cual se contó con tres informantes: docentes del nivel
inicial (4 años). La técnica para el recojo de información fue la entrevista y el
instrumento un guión de entrevista semiestructura. Dentro de los principales
resultados de la investigación, desde las percepciones de las docentes, se identifica
que la principal característica del desarrollo de la educación a distancia es la
implementación de recursos tecnológicos en el proceso educativo. Asimismo, se
resaltan las competencias digitales docentes como el principal reto que se debe
afrontar. Por otro lado, en función a las oportunidades, se considera que estas se han
desarrollado de manera parcial en la interacción con las familias y las nuevas
modalidades de aprendizaje.
The educational context in the framework of the health emergency caused by covid 19 has undergone various changes. One of the most important is framed in the process of adaptation to the distance education modality that produces in educational dynamics situations that allow us to visualize the challenges and challenges of education in this context. Therefore, the objective of this study focuses on analyzing the perceptions that teachers have about the challenges and opportunities of distance education with 4-year-old boys and girls in a Public Educational Institution in the district of San Miguel. The research has a qualitative approach. In addition, it is descriptive and focuses on the case study method focused on teachers' perceptions, for which there were three informants: initial level teachers (4 years). The technique for collecting information was the interview and the instrument was a semi-structured interview script. Among the main results of the research, from the teachers' perceptions, it is identified that the main characteristic of the development of distance education is the implementation of technological resources in the educational process. Likewise, teaching digital competencies are highlighted as the main challenge that must be faced. On the other hand, depending on the opportunities, it is considered that these have been partially developed in the interaction with the families and the new learning modalities.
