Abstract

La Corporación Grupo de Apoyo a la Juventud Estudiantil Lambayeque E.I.R.L. fue fundada en 1999 en la ciudad de Chiclayo, con la firme decisión de formar un grupo de estudio para preparar a jóvenes que tenían como objetivo ingresar a la Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruíz Gallo, a lo largo de 10 años de esfuerzo arduo y continuo, el grupo empezó a alcanzar sus objetivos; teniendo como eje de preocupación la calidad del servicio educativo, es una corporación emprendedora, hacia marzo del 2011, logró obtener la autorización de funcionamiento en el nivel secundario bajo el nombre de “Institución Educativa Privada Emprendedores GAJEL”, cuenta con más de 1,000 estudiantes distribuidos en los niveles de primaria y secundaria, los cuales se sienten orgullosos de ser insuperables. Con el fin de identificar el problema central, el equipo consultor realizó auditorías con los responsables de la corporación, determinándose que, el problema central es la Ineficiente gestión de calidad del servicio educativo brindado. Para tal efecto, se observó que las tres causas primarias se orientan hacia la falta de: Planeación de los procesos internos, estandarización de los procesos educativos y seguimiento al flujo del servicio educativo. De la misma forma, se realizó el análisis del contexto que sirvió para proponer tres alternativas de mejora: Herramientas de gestión estratégica y marketing educativo, la elaboración de un mapa de procesos educativos y un cuadro de mando integral. En ese marco, se realizó un plan de implementación para cada alternativa de mejora. Se obtuvieron resultados del tipo cualitativo y cuantitativo, en este último, se obtuvo un escenario optimista, el valor actual neto por S/240,237.62, la tasa de retorno de 81.32%, el periodo de recuperación es partir del segundo año. Por otra parte, en el escenario pesimista, el valor actual neto por S/134,916.02, la tasa de retorno de 59.06%, el periodo de recuperación es partir del tercer año.The Lambayeque Student Youth Support Group Corporation E.I.R.L. was founded in 1999 in the city of Chiclayo, with the firm decision to form a study group to prepare young people who had the objective of entering the Pedro Ruiz Gallo National University, throughout 10 years of arduous and continuous effort, the group began to achieve its goals; having the quality of the educational service as the axis of concern, it is an entrepreneurial corporation, by March 2011, it managed to obtain the authorization to operate at the secondary level under the name of "Private Educational Institution Entrepreneurs GAJEL", it has more than 1,000 students distributed at the primary and secondary levels, who pride themselves on being unsurpassed. In order to identify the main problem, the consulting team carried out audits with those responsible for the corporation, determining that the main problem is the inefficient quality management of the educational service provided. For this purpose, it was observed that the three primary causes are oriented towards the lack of: Planning of internal processes, standardization of educational processes, and monitoring of the flow of the educational service. In the same way, the analysis of the context was carried out, which served to propose three alternatives for improvement: Strategic management tools and educational marketing, the elaboration of a map of educational processes and a balanced scorecard. Within this framework, an implementation plan was made for each improvement alternative. Qualitative and quantitative results were obtained, in the latter, an optimistic scenario was obtained, the net present value of S/240,237.62, the rate of return of 81.32%, and the recovery period is from the second year.
