Modelo ProLab: “ILCA: Propuesta de centro de terapias especializadas en trastornos de neurodesarrollo para niños”

Abstract

El presente proyecto aborda un tema de mucha relevancia en los últimos tiempos, los trastornos de neurodesarrollo en los niños. A través de la recolección de información, se ha identificado que muchos niños y sus familias experimentan frustraciones por no ser comprendidos y atendidos de acuerdo a sus necesidades. El mayor desafío identificado es el diagnóstico oportuno seguido de una atención inmediata. Por ello, con la finalidad de aportar a la solución del problema, proponemos implementar un Instituto del Lenguaje Conducta y Aprendizaje por sus siglas ILCA, un instituto diseñado para ofrecer terapias profesionales y planes personalizados que permitan mejorar la calidad de vida de los niños. A través de la identificación temprana y el programa de terapias, el Instituto ILCA desarrollará un papel fundamental en reducir las desigualdades en términos de salud y bienestar. En la evaluación financiera se ha asegurado que el modelo de negocio de ILCA sea viable en una proyección de 5 años. ILCA iniciará operaciones con una inversión inicial de S/ 316,700.00, con un control de las partidas presupuestales de costos y gastos. En nuestro plan se proponen nuevos servicios para contribuir a la diversificación de ingresos, con ello obtendremos un VAN 3.04 millones de soles y un TIR de 164% al término del quinto año de operaciones. Con respecto a los beneficios sociales, debido al impacto positivo de nuestros servicios, entre los que destacan la mejora del bienestar familiar y el ahorro social al Estado Peruano, se ha estimado un VAN Social de 3 millones de soles. Este resumen ejecutivo ofrece una visión general de los puntos claves y hallazgos de nuestro proyecto, subrayando la importancia del trabajo del Instituto ILCA y las áreas de mejora para maximizar su impacto positivo en la comunidad.

The present project addresses a highly relevant issue in recent times: neurodevelopmental disorders in children. Through the collection of information, it has been identified that many children and their families experience frustrations from not being understood and attended to according to their needs. The biggest challenge identified is timely diagnosis followed by immediate attention. Therefore, with the aim of contributing to the solution of this problem, we propose establishing ILCA, an institute designed to offer professional therapies and personalized plans to improve the quality of life of children. Through early identification and the therapy program, the ILCA Institute will play a fundamental role in reducing inequalities in terms of health and well-being. As part of the financial evaluation, it has been ensured that the ILCA business model is viable with a 5-year projection. ILCA will begin operations with an initial investment of S/ 316,700.00, with strict control over budgetary items of costs and expenses. Our plan proposes new services to contribute to the diversification of income, thereby achieving an NPV of 2.5 million soles and an IRR of 154% at the end of the fifth year of operations. Regarding social benefits, due to the positive impact of our services, which include improved family well-being and social savings for the Peruvian State, a Social NPV of 2.2 million soles has been estimated. This executive summary presents an overview of the essential points and findings of our project, highlighting the importance of the ILCA Institute's work and areas for improvement to maximize its positive impact on the community.
