In Lima Metropolitana, nearly 50% of the economically active population faces job instability and irregular income, a critical situation in the home-services sector, marked by high informality and low training levels. Clients in socioeconomic segments A, B, and C also struggle to find reliable providers with transparent pricing. “Fixter” is a mobile application that securely connects independent home-service providers with potential clients. Its main differentiators include: Background checks and a reputation rating system. Secure payments released only after client approval. Preventive maintenance calendar for client retention. Financial reports that foster providers’ financial inclusion. Market analysis confirmed unmet demand and a clear opportunity to differentiate by combining technology with social impact. Financial projections show a Net Present Value (NPV) of S/ 13,060,169 (aprox. $3,578,129) and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 398.46% over five years, ensuring profitability and scalability. The project also contributes to SDGs 1, 5, 8, and 10 by promoting formalization and improving the quality of life for both workers and clients. Implementation is planned in three phases: (1) launch in Lima Metropolitana, (2) expansion to provinces with additional benefits for providers, and (3) internationalization and creation of technical schools. With a continuous improvement approach, “Fixter” is positioned as both a profitable digital business and a driver of social change in Peru and across the region.
