Abstract
La presente tesis considera como su principal objetivo, mejorar la línea de
producción en la confección de ropaje, el cual se va aplicar al área de producción
en la que se va usar los instrumentos de la teoría de Lean Manufacturing, con
ello se va determinar el origen de los problemas.
El caso de estudio para esta investigación fue el área de costura de toda el área
de producción, esto fue elegido a través de los gerentes de la empresa, utilizando
el juicio de experto; siendo el estas áreas las más importantes de todo el flujo de
producción.
Empezamos describiendo el concepto de manufactura esbelta y sus
herramientas con lo cual nos va a permitir selección y destinar cual es la causa
raíz encontrado en el área de costura.
Posteriormente se informa sobre la empresa y sus operaciones, con ello se podrá
seleccionar el caso y el área a estudiar, la línea de productos y, de esta manera
encontrar oportunidades de mejora aplicando los instrumentos de Lean
Manufacturing (balance de líneas, 5´s, distribución de planta).
Finalmente se presenta el impacto económico donde se detalla los costos y
gastos de la implementación de los instrumentos mencionados en el área
seleccionada, aquí se analizar el VAR TIR que determina la mejora del proceso
de producción.
The main objective of the following investigation is to improve the production process of garment manufacturing applied to the production area, where through lean manufacturing tools it helps us to identify the root cause of the problems. In this case, the sewing area of the entire production area was chosen, this was chosen through the managers of the company, using expert judgment; This area being the most important of the entire production flow. We begin by describing the theoretical framework, as well as the lean manufacturing tools, which will allow us to select and allocate the root cause found in the sewing area. Subsequently, the description of the company and its operations is made, in order to define the study area, the product line and in this way find opportunities for improvement by applying the lean manufacturing tools (line balance, 5's, plant distribution). Finally, the economic impact is presented where the costs and expenses of the implementation of the Lean Manufacturing tools in the selected area are detailed, here the VAR TIR that determines the improvement of the production process is analyzed.
