Abstract
Durante el tiempo de pandemia, la práctica docente se vio afectada, sin embargo,
la necesidad de continuar impartiendo educación a los niños y las niñas, obligaron
al maestro a adaptar las estrategias, la forma de enseñanza, evaluación y
retroalimentación, frente a la coyuntura, considerando a la herramienta digital como
el WhatsApp como una vía para la comunicación instantánea para favorecer el
aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Frente a ello, surge la siguiente interrogante
¿Cuáles son las percepciones docentes sobre el uso del WhatsApp para la
retroalimentación durante la educación a distancia en una institución educativa
inicial del Distrito de Magdalena? En ese sentido, la presente investigación analiza
las percepciones docentes sobre el uso del WhatsApp para la retroalimentación
durante la educación a distancia en una institución educativa inicial del Distrito de
Magdalena, tomando en cuenta como objetivos específicos: Identificar las nociones
docentes sobre la retroalimentación en la educación a distancia en una institución
educativa inicial, y Describir las apreciaciones sobre el uso del WhatsApp para la
retroalimentación durante la educación a distancia. Para ello, se utilizó el enfoque
cualitativo y de nivel descriptivo, el cual está basado en estudio de caso con el fin
de conocer una situación particular en un centro educativo. El presente trabajo,
demuestra que, el docente no estaba preparado para ofrecer una retroalimentación
por medio del WhatsApp, no obstante, buscó adaptarse y capacitarse de manera
autónoma, por lo cual fue necesaria la intervención del Estado con la finalidad de
que el proceso de retroalimentación sea óptimo.
During the pandemic time, the teaching practice was affected, however, the need to continue providing education to children, forced the teacher to adapt the strategies, the way of teaching, evaluation and feedback, facing the juncture, considering the digital tool such as WhatsApp as a way for instant communication to promote student learning. Faced with this, the following question arises What are the teachers' perceptions about the use of WhatsApp for feedback during distance education in an initial educational institution in the District of Magdalena? In this sense, the present research analyzes teachers' perceptions about the use of WhatsApp for feedback during distance education in an initial educational institution in the District of Magdalena, taking into account as specific objectives: to identify teachers' notions about feedback in distance education in an initial educational institution and to describe the appreciations about the use of WhatsApp for feedback during distance education. For this purpose, a qualitative and descriptive approach was used, which is based on a case study in order to learn about a particular situation in an educational institution. This work shows that the teacher was not prepared to offer feedback through WhatsApp, however, he sought to adapt and train himself autonomously, which is why the intervention of the State is necessary in order to ensure that the feedback process is optimal.
