Abstract
Higher Technology S.A.C. es una empresa de Fabricación y suministro de productos especiales en
base a aceros aleados metálicos y no metálicos resistentes a la abrasión, Impacto y corrosión,
para uso en los procesos de producción Minera y construcción, Estos productos son de uso
continuo debido a que están sometidos principalmente a desgastes elevados generados por
abrasión, Impacto y Corrosión que se originan en cada proceso de la operación Minera
Desde sus inicios en 2004 hasta la fecha la empresa ha venido implementando diversas soluciones
en función de las exigencias de sus clientes producto de la mayor competitividad del sector con
productos más innovadores, mejores calidades, mayor disponibilidad y una buena gestión de
marketing y ventas, todo esto impulsado por un mayor número de empresas competidoras tanto
nacionales como extranjeras
En base al escenario actual la empresa ha identificado problemas como la falta de un plan
estratégico para la atracción de nuevos potenciales clientes; así como la falta de conexión entre
las áreas involucradas para brindar un óptimo servicio post a los clientes.
Con este escenario identificado se plantea el “Business Consulting” para crear una propuesta de
mejora que permita alcanzar los objetivos trazados por la empresa
La tesis tiene como propósito la revisión de los problemas encontrados y el planteamiento de las
mejoras que conlleven al crecimiento y posicionamiento de la empresa de acuerdo a sus objetivos
y metas trazadas
Para ello validaremos las informaciones de las diferentes áreas operativas y aplicaremos
diferentes herramientas de gestión que nos lleven a plantear modelos de mejoras de procesos las
cuales permitan obtener una mejor trazabilidad y así poder medir los diferentes parámetros de su
operatividad.
El objetivo principal de la empresa es posicionarse en el mercado con productos y servicios
competitivos tanto en el mercado local como el del exterior
Higher Technology S.A.C. is a company that manufactures and supplies special products based on metallic and non-metallic alloy steels resistant to abrasion, impact and corrosion, for use in mining and construction production processes. These products are for continuous use because they are subjected mainly due to high wear generated by abrasion, Impact and Corrosion that originate in each process of the Mining operation. Since its inception in 2004 to date, the company has been implementing various solutions based on the demands of its clients as a result of the greater competitiveness of the sector with more innovative products, better quality, greater availability and good marketing and sales management, all This is driven by a greater number of competing companies, both national and foreign. Based on the current scenario, the company has identified problems such as the lack of a strategic plan to attract new potential clients; as well as the lack of connection between the areas involved to provide optimal post service to customers. With this identified scenario, “Business Consulting” is proposed to generate an improvement proposal that allows achieving the objectives set by the company. The purpose of the thesis is to review the problems encountered and propose improvements that lead to the growth and positioning of the company according to its objectives and goals. To do this, we will validate the information from the different operational areas and apply different management tools that lead us to propose process improvement models which allow us to obtain better traceability and thus be able to measure the different parameters of their operation. The main objective of the company is to position itself in the market with competitive products and services both in the local and foreign markets.
