Abstract
This business plan has been developed with the purpose of providing updated information about organic products and their commercialization, establishing the operational, economic and financial viability to provide a digital platform where they can obtain said food; We present an analysis of the target market, of people with an interest in changing their eating habits to a healthy lifestyle, with the support of the benefits of digitization. Currently, the consumption of healthy products has grown in Peru. In the last five years there has been an increase of almost 20% in the production of organic foods, which have supplied the local market and in turn have been exported to different countries. The profile of the Lima consumer has evolved over time, increasing their interest in improving their eating habits, with the aim of optimizing their quality of life and preventing all kinds of diseases. According to the Peru Retail web magazine, a study in 2017 revealed that 90% of consumers in Peru indicate spending more for food that generates healthy benefits. Later, Likewise, since February 2019, 54% of Peruvian households are considered healthy. There is a business opportunity in the creation of a digital platform that allows the sale of organic food nationwide, offering not only healthy products, but also forming a collaborative community that provides information on healthy eating, food properties, responsible consumption, etc. For the solution of the problem raised, agile methodologies were applied, a series of interviews were conducted with different consumers of organic products, information that served as the basis for the generation of different canvases, with the aim of determining the main problem of our respondents. Design Thinking allowed us to Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Evaluate the proposed solution, which consists of the creation of a mobile application called "Eco-Market", which will provide information on organic products, their benefits, characteristics, process of certification, identification of nearby biostores / biobodegas where to buy them, understand the supply chain and meet the producers, as well as the development and promotion of organic communities where you can get in touch with other consumers and share experiences, promotions, etc. The business plan aims to design its processes based on a platform that will support us throughout the management of the online store, operating mainly through a website, mobile application and social networks. We will be intermediaries between producers and consumers; therefore, the main objective is to make efficient use of resources in each of our processes, guaranteeing quality and excellence in service from the acquisition of products from our suppliers to delivery to our customers. The implementation of this plan involves an investment of S/. 278,640 that will be obtained through external financing, we calculate that it will be financially sustainable in 5 years, with the possibility of continuing to grow, first at the district level and later to other regions. The expansion of the business goes hand in hand with the development of suppliers and the development of activities in other districts of the capital. It is estimated that, starting in the third year, with a more consolidated operation, the model will be replicated in some city in the north of the country and in the south.
