Abstract
The positive trend of the agro-export sector in Peru, has achieved spite of the current global crisis, situation that despite its significant effect on our trade balance by the abrupt fall in metal prices, reflected on the diminution on foreign exchange income and the private investment in an important sector to our economy such as the mining, has not had the same effect on the demand of the main products of agricultural exports produced in our region because of the dynamism of the lambayecana economy that is characterized by having a huge demand on the products of agricultural exports in the international market, in the framework of the free trade agreements which our country has signed with important economic blocs, has made that the service maquila providers for this purpose, comply with high quality standards about product and packing, which will allow them entering to more demanding markets; and to the launch of the Olmos Project, opens a range of opportunities that the company will take advantage of them to achieve the expected future situation. The strategic plan applied to the Packing Plant Jayanca Fruits SAC, considers the diversification of its service offer with the differentiation in quality as the result of a production process socially responsible and that generates value for shareholders, with long term objectives lined with the interests of the organization and that guarantee the sustainability of the results to focus on participation and market penetration, customer satisfaction and increased productivity of workforce. A clear and ambitious vision to be achieved by 2025 is what drives Jayanca Fruits SAC to be the leader in the market and its system of evaluation and monitoring will allow reformulating the strategy as needed, for that, the leadership of the management and the team commitment are basic requirements.
