Abstract
The newspaper El Peruano indicates that out of every ten Peruvians, seven are overweight because of bad eating habits; It also indicates that because of the pandemic many of these habits have increased, which makes us the third country in Latin America with a high rate of overweight, (El Peruano, 2021). Faced with this situation, services and platforms can help connect users with the possibility of support to reduce the percentage of poor nutrition. The SanoYa application seeks to contribute to the improvement of these habits through the connection of healthy food providers with users who want a healthy diet. Our business is to develop an agile application that will create a virtual healthy food market, where suppliers of healthy products and foods will interact with users who demand said foods. The application responds to a pain identified in Metropolitan Lima, which is existing due to finding few means that bring them closer to buying healthy products. The application aims to be an innovative, fast, and efficient alternative in care, which is presented to the user as an application that provides healthy eating options for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the latter being one of the most exposed meals. to the consumption of foods with a high level of fats and flours. Finally, the results of the financial indicators of a projection in the first five years of the project show its economic sustainability. The initial investment of S/ 320,000 and an average cost of capital of 12.13% results in a net economic value (VAN) of S/1’211,922 and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 75.89%.
