Abstract
This business plan, Dulce Momento, arises by identifying the need for a significant number of women who work and have small children and who wish to carry out leisure time activities with them for the satisfaction and family welfare without investing time in such a way excessive due to their multiple work and domestic occupations, exacerbated in the last year by the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Among the leisure activities investigated, manual and homemade ones are recognized those related to cooking and baking. Dulce Momento, an entrepreneurship that seeks to provide a recreational experience to strengthen ties between mothers and children through the preparation of desserts. It focuses on the segment of families with children between 5 and 11 years of age from NSE B and C who reside in Metropolitan Lima. For the sale, two service channels are established: in person at stands strategically located in shopping centers or virtual via its website. The project was validated in inquiries to mothers with the profile. Thus, based on two basic hypotheses, the desirability was validated: 41.4% would pay S/60 for a pastry kit; 83% reported having had an experience of well-being and enjoyment when using it; and 63% indicated that they would recommend the kit to family and friends. For its part, the feasibility was validated with simulations to determine the profit based on the cost of marketing for the acquisition of clients and a return of S/6.59 was obtained for each sol invested. To develop it, it was established that an initial investment of S/682,764.01 is required, financed by contributions from shareholders and by bank loans from two of the partners. The financial analysis showed an IRR of 46.28 % and the NPV of S/1’010,739.00, which indicates that the project is sustainable in an expected scenario. Finally, to validate the viability the Montecarlo simulation was carried out and a financial NPV of S/1’786,502.00 and a social NPV of S/4’463,782.00 were obtained, and it was concluded that the NPV of the business represents 40.02 % of the value Dulce Momento project has for society.
