Abstract
Las empresas actualmente por la coyuntura presentan dificultades en la atención de
sus clientes, pues no tienen las herramientas ni los canales necesarios para aminorar el
contacto entre personas y los productos. Es por ello, que muchas empresas no cuentan con un
canal digital que le permita comercializar y entregar sus productos. Actualmente se viven
cambios en el sector comercial, en donde las micro y pequeñas empresas cuentan con poca
incursión en el mercado online.
En razón a ello, planteamos crear una plataforma online que permita migrar
inicialmente entre 100 a 150 micro o pequeñas empresas peruanas bajo metodología ágil, con
un producto mínimo viable y con el análisis de rentabilidad y sostenibilidad en el tiempo.
Currently, due to the situation, companies present difficulties in serving their customers since they do not have the tools or the necessary channels to reduce contact between people and products. That is why many companies do not have a digital channel that allows them to market and deliver their products. Changes are currently being experienced in the commercial sector, where micro and small companies have little foray into the online market. For this reason, we propose to create an online platform that allows migrating between 100 to 150 micro or small Peruvian companies under an agile methodology, with a minimum viable product and with the analysis of profitability and sustainability over time.
