Inclusión del contexto cultural en la enseñanza del idioma inglés para futuros docentes en idioma extranjero a través de metodologías activas

Abstract

El objetivo principal de la enseñanza de una segunda lengua es lograr que se produzca una comunicación intercultural eficiente y libre de interferencias comunicacionales. El logro de este objetivo ocurrirá con el dominio de la competencia lingüística e intercultural de la lengua. Cakir et al. (2006) afirman que la comunicación entre interlocutores de lenguas distintas y, por ende, de diferentes culturas necesariamente involucra una comunicación intercultural, donde las diferencias entre ellas podrían ocasionar conflictos en la comunicación. El conocimiento del contexto, donde ocurre la transmisión y recepción de mensajes es trascendente, por ello nuestro proyecto de innovación Inclusión del contexto cultural en la enseñanza del inglés para futuros docentes de idioma extranjera a través de metodologías activas se enfoca en concientizar al futuro docente de inglés sobre la importancia de incluir el contexto cultural de la lengua en su práctica pedagógica y propone una metodología que incluya diversos entornos auténticos de la lengua que fomenten una mayor comprensión intercultural y habilidades comunicativas más robustas en los estudiantes. La integración de la cultura a través de metodologías activas no solo mejora la competencia lingüística de los futuros docentes, sino que también incrementa su sensibilidad y adaptabilidad hacia otras comunidades, factores importantes en un entorno de enseñanza globalizado. El objetivo principal de nuestro proyecto de innovación es pues, resaltar la importancia de una enseñanza del inglés que trascienda la mera transmisión de conocimientos lingüísticos y que, en cambio fomente una comprensión profunda del contexto cultural de la lengua meta para lograr un aprendizaje más eficaz y significativo, libre de interferencias comunicacionales.The main objective of teaching a second language is to achieve efficient intercultural communication that is free of communication interference. The integration of culture through active methodologies not only improves the linguistic competence of future teachers, but also increases their sensitivity and adaptability towards other communities, important factors in a globalized teaching environment. The main objective of our project of innovation is, therefore, to highlight the importance of English teaching that transcends the mere transmission of linguistic knowledge and that, instead, promotes a deep understanding of the cultural context of the target language to achieve more effective and meaningful learning. free of communication interference.
