Abstract
La presente investigación presenta el diagnóstico operativo empresarial (DOE) de la
entidad financiera Crediscotia agencia Huancayo, específicamente del área de otorgamiento
de créditos microempresa, con la finalidad de poder identificar oportunidades de mejora
dentro de las áreas involucradas en el desarrollo del producto. Es importante mencionar que
desde el 2015 Crediscotia agencia Huancayo no ha conseguido el crecimiento de saldo de
cartera esperado, decreciendo en S/ -627,620.00 con respecto al año 2015.
El área de créditos microempresa de Crediscotia tiene como finalidad acompañar al
microempresario peruano en el crecimiento de su negocio. Para cumplir con ello el área de
microempresa cuenta con diferentes productos, cuyo otorgamiento se basa principalmente en
la finalidad del crédito y en un proceso de evaluación del cliente, donde de cara a la agencia
participan; los funcionarios de negocios, los ejecutivos de venta, el oficial de créditos, el
coordinador de microempresa y en los casos que se requiera un apoyo adicional, participa el
gerente de agencia y/o el gerente zonal. Cada uno de los mencionados asume un papel
importante en el otorgamiento de créditos. Sin embargo y a pesar de la sinergia que desarrolla
cada una de las posiciones mencionadas, se ha podido identificar diversas falencias y
debilidades que han venido impactando de manera directa en el crecimiento de la cartera y
del producto en sí. Es por ello, que el diagnóstico operativo empresarial se estructura en
catorce capítulos donde se proponen la modificación tanto de procesos administrativos como
operativos con la finalidad generar acciones que se traduzcan en beneficio hacia la financiera
para ello se plantea una inversión total de S/ 85,026.26 lo que generará una utilidad de S/
365,241.28 y un beneficio final para la Crediscotia agencia Huancayo de S/. 280,205.48.
The present investigation presents the operative business diagnosis (DOE) of the financial agency Crediscotia Huancayo agency, specifically of the microenterprise credit granting area, in order to identify opportunities for improvement within the areas involved in the development of the product. It is important to mention that since 2015 Crediscotia Huancayo agency has not achieved the expected portfolio balance growth, decreasing S/ - 627,720.00 with respect to 2015. The Crediscotia microenterprise credit area has the purpose of accompanying the Peruvian microentrepreneur in the growth of his business. To accomplish this, the microenterprise area has different products, whose granting is based mainly on the purpose of the loan and on a customer evaluation process, where in the face of the agency they participate; business officials, sales executives, credit officer, microenterprise coordinator and in cases where additional support is required, the agency manager and / or zonal manager participates. Each of the aforementioned assumes an important role in the granting of credits. However, despite the synergy developed by each of the aforementioned positions, it has been possible to identify various shortcomings and weaknesses that have had a direct impact on the growth of the portfolio and the product itself. That is why the business operational diagnosis is structured in fourteen chapters where the modification of both administrative and operational processes is proposed with the purpose of generating actions that translate into profit towards the financial, for this a total investment of S /. 85,026.26 which will generate a profit of S /. 365,241.28 and a final benefit for the Crediscotia agency Huancayo of S /. 280.205.48.
