Abstract
Currently, a lot of people at Peru is working independently and informally; according the INEI, the employment decreased in Metropolitan Lima by 25% in the first quarter of 2020, which had affected the services sector by 25.1%. On the other hand, many people show certain problems of plumbing, electricity, masonry, painting or locksmithing that generate the need to acquire replacement materials or to be able to count on specialized technical personnel to face them, and it also must guarantee a quality and trustworthy service based on the efficiency and effectiveness of the care. To design a solution of this demand, a study was carried out focused on people between 25 and 45 years of age, of both sexes, who live in Metropolitan Lima, of socioeconomic level B and C, and who need to repair something, make a maintenance or an improvement on their home. The study also includes the relevance and validation of the specialized technician. As a result, the creation of Insmart is proposed, a company that seeks to make quality products and qualified technical service available to this user. For a proper development, a serie of hypotheses were validated that allowed us to demonstrate his usability and his desirability; the tests showed that the user would be willing to use the website to contract technical services and they will pay for the services offered. Then, a serie of hypotheses were made based on the marketing budget, to demonstrate the feasibility of the business model, it showed that in the first four years of the project, the incomes would be greater than the expenses, considering a scenario pessimistic, neutral and optimistic for the Montecarlo simulation. Finally, a hypothesis was made to demonstrate financial viability considering the projected cash flows in 10 years in various scenarios, to assess the risk of our financial VAN; the result was favorable. Insmart will be a financially profitable solution, according to financial projections it reaches a VAN of S/4’299,649.49 and a ITR of 49.35 %, in a period of 10 years. Likewise, value will be generated for society, related to ODS 8 - Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, the employment and the decent work for all; and ODS 10 - Reduce inequality within and between countries. For this, the social NPV of the business was found, which arises to S/1’224,549.28, and represents 30% of the financial NPV.
