Resumen
En el ámbito de la escasez de agua y la creciente conciencia ambiental en Perú y el
mundo, se tiene que hacer frente a un problema social relevante: el desperdicio de agua en el
servicio de lavado tradicional de vehículos. Para abordar esta problemática, se plantea un
modelo de negocio innovador que ofrece un servicio de lavado en seco en el lugar acordado
con el cliente. Esta solución no sólo reduce significativamente el consumo de agua, sino que
también elimina la necesidad de desplazamiento, mejorando la eficiencia y comodidad del
usuario.
Este modelo permite a los usuarios agendar citas a través de una página web para
brindar un servicio de lavado de vehículos que no requiere grandes cantidades de agua y que
se realiza en la comodidad del hogar o en la ubicación indicada por el cliente. Este servicio
no sólo ahorra tiempo a los usuarios, sino que también optimiza el proceso de lavado al
ofrecer una alternativa más rápida y ecológica. Con un enfoque principal en la región Lima-
Oste, se esperan ventas de 11,4 millones de unidades en los próximos cinco años, destacando
el impacto positivo, tanto en términos económicos como ambientales. Con ello se contribuye
a la solución de un problema social significativo, la mejora de la experiencia del usuario, y
también se establece un nuevo estándar para la transformación sostenible en la industria del
lavado de vehículos. Al combinar conveniencia con responsabilidad ambiental, Aqua Free
Car se posiciona como un líder en innovación dentro del sector, alineando su propuesta de
valor con las tendencias globales hacia prácticas más sostenibles y eficientes.
In the context of water scarcity and growing environmental awareness in Peru and the world, a relevant social problem has to be addressed: the waste of water in traditional vehicle washing services. To address this problem, an innovative business model is proposed that offers a dry washing service at the location agreed with the client. This solution not only significantly reduces water consumption, but also eliminates the need for travel, improving user efficiency and comfort. This model allows users to schedule appointments through a website, to provide a vehicle washing service that does not require large amounts of water and is carried out in the comfort of the home or at the location indicated by the client. This service not only saves users time, but also optimizes the washing process by offering a faster and more ecological alternative. With an initial focus on the districts of West Lima, sales of 11.4 million soles are projected in the next five years, highlighting the positive impact, both in economic and environmental terms. This contributes to solving a significant social problem, improving the user experience, and also sets a new standard for sustainable transformation in the car wash industry. By combining convenience with environmental responsibility, Aqua Free Car positions itself as a leader in innovation within the sector, aligning its value proposition with global trends towards more sustainable and efficient practices.
