This Final Innovation Project addresses the problem of the low quality of the "Secondary Education Service Model with Student Residencies" at SRE Fe y Alegría N° 62, Teets Tseje, and Agro Industrial José Gabriel Condorcanqui, located in the Imaza district, Amazonas region. The main objective of this project is to improve educational quality in these institutions through a comprehensive approach that actively involves families and local communities in the educational process, while integrating local knowledge and cultural practices. The proposal focuses on providing an adequate learning environment, culturally relevant, and improving the living conditions of resident students. The analysis of the architecture of the public problem reveals various causes related to poor administrative management of the residencies, the lack of an intercultural approach in education, the disconnection between families and the community, and the limited capabilities of the residency staff. Based on these causes, an innovation challenge is identified, which consists of improving educational and residential management by integrating the community and families into a collaborative model. The proposed innovation is the "Family and Community Integration Model in Student Residencies for Educational Strengthening," which includes the active participation of the community, infrastructure improvement, integration of Amazonian knowledge into the curriculum, and the creation of community supervision committees. The prototype will be carried out through phases of awareness-raising, training, implementation of community activities, and continuous monitoring. This model aims for a sustained improvement in the educational level and well-being of students, ensuring the participation of all key stakeholders.
