Factores que contribuyen y limitan la asociatividad de pequeñas empresas urbanas de catering, promovidas por el Instituto de Economía Popular y Solidaria en el marco del derecho al trabajo, al emprendimiento y al desarrollo económico local, en el cantón La Libertad, entre los años 2020 y 2021

Abstract
En el aspecto de aportar en las políticas púb licas de desarrollo sotenible orientada a los
componentes socio económico, derecho al trabajo, emprendimiento y al desarrollo económico
local, se ha realizado la presente investigación basada en la experiencia de las asociaciones
de catering del cantón La Libertad, provincia de Santa Eelna. La presente investigación es de
tipo cualitativa, mediante la aplicación de técnicas de investigación tales como: entrevistas, y
grupos focales, que permitieron obtener información relevante relacionadas a la participación
de los actores que intervienen, para conocer sobre la experiencia en la asociatividad.
Referente a lo social, se destacó la importancia de las mujeres socias, y el aporte en sus
hogares, para mejorar su calidad de vida, satisfaciendo las necesidades económicas. Por lo
tanto, se determinó que los factores que motivan a la asociatividad son: desarrollo familiar,
generación de ingresos, empoderamiento, y autorealización, estas acciones contribuen al
éxito de la asociatividad.
In the aspect of contributing to public policies of sustainable development oriented to the socioeconomic components, right to work, entrepreneurship and local economic development, this research has been carried out based on the experience of the catering associations of the La Libertad canton. , province of Santa Eelna. This research is qualitative, through the application of research techniques such as: interviews and focus groups, which allowed obtaining relevant information related to the participation of the actors involved, to learn about the experience in the association. Regarding the social aspect, the importance of women members was highlighted, and the contribution in their homes, to improve their quality of life, satisfying economic needs. Therefore, it was determined that the factors that motivate the association are: family development, income generation, empowerment, and self-realization, these actions contribute to the success of the association.
