Resumen
La experiencia de elaboración de material de autoaprendizaje para la
educación primaria rural bajo el enfoque por competencias fue un proceso
importante en la carrera de la tesista. Los cuadernos de autoaprendizaje en el
sector rural responden a una realidad de escasez de recursos educativos. El
proyecto exigió un gran compromiso docente y el uso de habilidades
profesionales y personales.
Los objetivos del Trabajo de Suficiencia profesional fueron describir la
experiencia docente, desarrollar la narración reflexiva para comprender y valorar
sus aportes al desarrollo profesional docente y a la atención de una necesidad
educativa prioritaria y analizar de modo crítico y reflexivo la formación recibida
en la Facultad de Educación – PUCP.
La metodología incluyó seleccionar la experiencia y luego sistematizarla
mediante la identificación, contextualización y descripción de la experiencia
docente, la narración reflexiva, la fundamentación teórica que incluye los núcleos
conceptuales de autoaprendizaje, cuadernos de autoaprendizaje, educación
primaria rural y enfoque por competencias, para terminar con la reescritura de la
narración reflexiva.
El trabajo de suficiencia profesional permitió analizar de modo crítico y
reflexivo, la formación recibida en la Facultad de Educación y proponer mejoras
al plan de formación inicial para responder a las demandas socio educativas
actuales del país.
The experience of creating self-learning materials for rural primary education under the competency-based approach was a significant process in the thesis writer's career. Self-learning booklets in the rural sector address the reality of limited educational resources. The project demanded a strong commitment to teaching and the use of professional and personal skills. The objectives of the Professional Sufficiency Work were to describe the teaching experience, develop reflective narration to understand and appreciate its contributions to professional teacher development and addressing a priority educational need, and to critically and reflectively analyze the education received at the Faculty of Education - PUCP. The methodology included selecting the experience and then systematizing it through the identification, contextualization, and description of the teaching experience, reflective narration, theoretical foundation that includes the core concepts of self-learning, self-learning booklets, rural primary education, and competency-based approach, and concluding with the rewriting of the reflective narration. The professional sufficiency work allowed for a critical and reflective analysis of the education received at the Faculty of Education and proposed improvements to the initial training plan to meet the current socio-educational demands of the country.
