Abstract
In recent years, digital media, such as websites and social networks, has experienced changes in the way it is used. This is due to the growing use of devices with Internet access in urban areas. In this context, in 2016 Canal IPe was founded, a project focused on producing content for children and young people on peruvian public TV. This new TV channel offers a reappraisal of Peruvian identity through its television and digital contents. This thesis aims to design and execute a communication plan for the Digital Content Branch of the IPe Channel that will optimize workflows and produce contents closer to the interests of its digital audiences. This research is committed to an approach based on Integral Communication, which brings together different approaches and methodologies of communication and marketing. In one stage, an internal and external diagnosis was made through the SWOT and PESTEL analysis, in addition to interviews with the work team that allowed identifying processes to be optimized. In the implementation stage between July and October of 2018, strategies were projected that were adapted given the conjuncture inside and outside the channel.
