Abstract
En Lima, las personas entre 20 y 50 años que realizan ejercicio regularmente
enfrentan dificultades para encontrar snacks proteicos, prácticos que apoyen su recuperación
física. La tesis Cookie Power aborda esta problemática desarrollando una galleta
específicamente diseñada para este segmento de la población. La atención está dirigida hacia
la creación de un producto con ingredientes naturales y proteicos, que cumpla con las
necesidades energéticas y mejore el rendimiento físico de sus consumidores.
Para corroborar esta propuesta, se consultó a 29 personas de distintos distritos,
pertenecientes a los niveles socioeconómicos A y B. Los resultados evidenciaron un notable
interés en Cookie Power como una opción con potencial. Entrevistas posteriores (97)
enfocadas en la prueba de productos, ayudaron a descubrir preferencias en cuanto al sabor y
la presentación que resultaron fundamentales en el proceso de desarrollo del producto.
En resumen, este snack es una opción equilibrada para personas que realizan
actividades físicas. Proporciona energía, apoyo muscular y beneficios relacionados al
consumo proteico, con un VAN económico de S/ 2,326,027.61 y una tasa interna de retorno
(TIR) económica del 74.30 % demostrando además su sostenibilidad, con un Valor Actual
Neto (VAN) Social de S/ 3,126,740.
In Lima, people between the ages of 20 to 50 who regularly exercise face difficulties in finding protein snacks, convenient, and support their physical recovery. The Cookie Power thesis addresses this issue by developing a cookie specifically designed for this demographic. The focus is on creating a product with natural and protein-rich ingredients that meet energy needs and enhance the physical performance of its consumers. To corroborate this proposal, 29 people from different districts, belonging to socioeconomic levels A and B, were consulted. The results showed a notable interest in Cookie Power as a potential option. Subsequent interviews (97) focused on product testing, helping to uncover preferences regarding taste and presentation that were crucial in the product development process. In summary, this snack is a nutritious and balanced option for physically active individuals. It provides energy, muscle support, and digestive benefits, with an economic NPV of S/ 2,326,027.61 and an economic Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 74.30 %, demonstrating its sustainability with a Social NPV of S/ 3,126,740.
