Abstract
Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito de Trujillo, comenzó sus operaciones a partir del
1984, con el objetivo de realizar servicios financieros y su principal mercado fue colocar
productos activos y pasivos a gran parte de la población peruana.
La consultoría tiene por objetivo detectar el problema principal que afecta a la
organización del sector financiero mediante la aplicación de diferentes metodologías y
herramientas que permiten identificar el problema clave que fue la reducción gradual de la
cartera de captaciones de fondos. Para obtener mayor información se realizaron diversas
reuniones con personal clave de la empresa logrando identificar las principales variables que
permitirá la identificación de la causa raíz que fue una imagen corporativa tradicional sin
manejar un diferenciador a su competencia. Se plantearán diferentes alternativas de solución
utilizando diferentes técnicas con la finalidad de obtener el mayor impacto, con menor
complejidad y costo.
La solución propuesta, luego de realizar la revisión de la información, aplicar las
metodologías correspondientes, se plantea realizar el cambio de imagen corporativa,
considerando el acondicionamiento de las oficinas, cajeros y marketing, y para ello se planteó
un Gantt de Actividades estimado en semanas de ejecución, responsables y las actividades a
realizar.
El valor de la inversión es de S/ 2,000,000, con un WACC de 4.66% generando una
TIR 6,054% y un VAN de S/ 1,101,877, lo que permitirá un crecimiento en las captaciones
de fondos de ahorro de S/ 3,145,000,000 obteniendo una rentabilidad neta del 23% de los
ingresos.
