Plataforma web para el acompañamiento pedagógico virtual en instituciones educativas públicas polidocentes del nivel secundario en Lima Metropolitana

Abstract
El sistema educativo peruano por muchos años se ha caracterizado por tener bajos logros
educativos, teniendo como una de las razones el inadecuado ejercicio educativo de los
maestros para el aprendizaje de los alumnos, por ello, el Ministerio de Educación
implementó la estrategia denominada Acompañamiento Pedagógico, la cual considera
como objetivo principal reforzar la práctica educativa de los docentes y de esta forma
ayudar a la optimización de los aprendizajes que van a recibir los alumnos. Por ello, el
acompañamiento pedagógico ha demostrado a través de la evidencia recopilada que, de
manera progresiva, ha mejorado el nivel académico de los alumnos en los diferentes
espacios pedagógicos de las II.EE. que han sido beneficiadas con dicha estrategia; sin
embargo, persisten los bajos logros educativos en aquellas zonas que no han sido
beneficiadas con el acompañamiento pedagógico, por lo que, se identificó la problemática
relacionada a la limitada cobertura de la estrategia de Acompañamiento Pedagógico en
II.EE., asimismo, considerando la complejidad del problema y los recursos delimitados, la
investigación realizada se ha orientado en las II.EE. públicas polidocentes del nivel
secundario en Lima Metropolitana en el periodo 2017 – 2019.
En ese sentido, al analizarse las principales causas de la citada problemática, se seleccionó
como principal a la limitada focalización aplicada a las II.EE., respecto de la cual se ha
elaborado el presente proyecto de innovación; el cual tiene como finalidad aumentar la
cobertura de las II.EE. que requieren el acompañamiento pedagógico, no necesitando un
mayor presupuesto para su implementación.
El proyecto de innovación se sustenta en la implementación del Acompañamiento
Pedagógico virtual, a través de una plataforma web que permita desarrollar las siguientes
modalidades: las visitas en aula, GIAs, los talleres de actualización, las asesorías
pedagógicas y cursos; para lo cual, se hará uso de cámaras para la grabación de clases,
almacenamiento en la plataforma, y posterior retroalimentación a los docentes por parte
de los acompañantes pedagógicos.
For many years, the Peruvian educational system has been characterized by low educational achievement, one of the reasons being the inadequate performance of teachers for student learning. For this reason, the Ministry of Education implemented the strategy of Pedagogical Accompaniment, whose main objective is to strengthen the performance of teachers and thus help optimize student learning. Therefore, the pedagogical accompaniment has shown through the evidence collected that, progressively, the academic level of the students has improved in the different pedagogical spaces of the Educational Institutions that have benefited from this strategy; however, low educational achievements persist in those areas that have not benefited from pedagogical accompaniment, therefore, the problem related to the limited coverage of the Pedagogical Accompaniment strategy in Educational Institutions was identified, likewise, considering the complexity of the problem and the delimited resources, the research carried out has been oriented in the public full grade Educational Institutions of the secondary level in Metropolitan Lima in the period 2017 - 2019. In this sense, upon analyzing the main causes of the aforementioned problem, the main one selected was the inadequate targeting applied to the Educational Institutions (IIEE), with respect to which the present innovation project has been developed; the purpose of which is to increase the coverage of the Educational Institutions that require pedagogical accompaniment, not requiring a larger budget for its implementation. The innovation project consists of the implementation of the virtual Pedagogical Accompaniment, through a web platform that allows the development of the following modalities: classroom visits, GIAs (Inter-learning groups), updating workshops, pedagogical advisories and courses; for which, cameras will be used for the recording of classes, storage in the platform, and subsequent feedback to teachers by the pedagogical accompaniers.
