Abstract
La siguiente tesis se desarrolla en el caso específico de una de las empresas peruanas cementeras
privadas más importante y representativa del rubro. Si bien la intromisión de la responsabilidad
social en el quehacer empresarial ha ido obteniendo significación y envergadura, la situación se
torna más compleja al inmiscuirse en el ámbito extractivo que describe la empresa en mención.
Ante este contexto, la implicancia de una correcta gestión comunicacional traza importantes
resultados en un asistir social, pues esta logra consolidar una cercanía con el público de interés y
mantener un diálogo acorde con las necesidades y (/o) requerimientos específicos de los actores.
El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar y analizar el rol que cumple la comunicación en la
gestión de responsabilidad social dada a través del programa de ‘Formación Técnica y
Emprendedora’, el cual se muestra como el programa de mayor influencia y representación de la
empresa cementera en análisis. Para esto, se realiza una investigación de tipo cualitativa que
consta de cuatro capítulos los cuales identifican las herramientas, la interacción de los actores y
la percepción e impacto de los receptores a fin de considerar acciones de mejora y desarrollo para
sus vidas.
This thesis studies the specific case of one of the most important and representative cement companies in Peru. Although the incorporation of social responsibility in business has been gaining significance and scope, the situation becomes more complex in the extractive field to which the mentioned company belongs. In this context, the implication of a correct communication management draws important results in a social attendance, since this helps to consolidate a closeness with the public of interest and maintain a dialogue according to the needs and / or specific requirements of the actors. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the role of communication in the management of social responsibility given through the program of 'Technical and Entrepreneurial Training', which is shown as the most influential and representative social program of this cement company. For this, a qualitative and quantitative research was carried out, which consists of five chapters that identify the tools, the interaction between the actors and the perception and impact of the recipients in order to consider improvement and development actions for their lives.
