Percepción de la cultura organizacional en los colegios particulares de la ciudad de Huancayo

Abstract
La investigación analiza los tipos de cultura organizacional en una muestra de
colegios particulares de la ciudad de Huancayo. Se examina las diferencias de la cultura
actual entre las áreas que desempeñan los trabajadores, entre las categorías de antigüedad
laboral, entre los colegios particulares, entre los tipos cultura de la muestra de colegios, y
entre la cultura actual y preferida. También, se analiza la presencia una percepción
compartida de la cultura organizacional.
En el estudio se ha utilizado el marco de valores en competencia y el instrumento de
evaluación de la cultura organizacional, que constituye una base teórica adecuada para el uso
del instrumento de evaluación de la cultura organizacional. El diseño de la investigación
utilizado es no experimental, transversal y descriptivo. La muestra por conveniencia está
constituida por cuatro colegios particulares y de 179 profesores y trabajadores
administrativos.
En este estudio se ha encontrado que existen diferencias en la cultura organizacional
entre las áreas, entre la antigüedad laboral, entre los colegios, entre los tipos de cultura de la
muestra, y entre la cultura actual y preferida. Existen evidencias de una cultura compartida
a nivel de áreas, de colegios, de la muestra; y también, una relación de asociación entre la
cultura actual y preferida.

The research analyzes the types of organizational culture in a sample of private schools in the city of Huancayo. Differences is examined in the current culture among workers play areas, between the categories of seniority among private schools, between types culture sample of schools, and between current and preferred culture. Also present analyzes a shared perception of the organizational culture. The study used the competing values framework and assessment tool of organizational culture, which is an appropriate theoretical basis for the use of the assessment tool of organizational culture. The research design used is not experimental, transversal and descriptive. The convenience sample is constituted by four individuals and 179 teachers and administrative staff. In this study we have found that there are differences in organizational culture between areas, between seniority, between schools, between types of culture sample, and between current and preferred culture. There is evidence of a shared culture level area, schools, and the level of the sample; and also, a partnership between current and preferred culture.
