Abstract
ArtyPer busca generar beneficios sociales y económicos.
This thesis addresses the relevant social problem faced by the artisans of Tambogán, such as the lack of resources and opportunities that limit their economic and social development and growth. In response, we propose the creation of the online store “ArtyPer”, specialized in the sale of Peruvian handicrafts. This initiative seeks to offer a differentiated shopping experience, highlighting the value of Peruvian art and creating a connection with the artisans. ArtyPer will work closely with the artisans, acquiring their handcrafted products and managing the online store in an integral way. The findings obtained from the surveys applied to the target public indicate an 86.10% interest in purchasing Peruvian handicrafts through an online store, validating the desirability of the business. Likewise, the feasibility of the marketing and operational plan has been confirmed by validating the established hypotheses. The financial feasibility is demonstrated by an expected initial investment of S/355,346, a modified internal rate of return of 92.14% and a net present value of S/. 4'659,591 in the first five years, indicating a positive financial impact. Finally, ArtyPer seeks to generate social and economic benefits. Therefore, a social net present value of S/8'081,433 and a social profitability index of 57.89% are estimated, in line with Sustainable Development Goals one and eight, which indicates the positive impact of the project on the Tambogán artisanal community.
