Abstract
(a) salud y bienestar,
(b) trabajo decente y crecimiento económico.
The present investigation was born from detecting a limitation in the prevention of the most recurrent health problems in our society that still has not been solved. To this, we have to add the sensitivity that people currently have with respect to protecting and caring for their integral health so as not to need intervention and hospitalization, that it is collapsed, especially people over 65 years of age because they are considered high risk. Faced with this scenario, we worked on the different canvases to identify all the aspects related to the problem and the need to be solved, segmenting our target audience and analyzing the supply and demand market. Therefore, we propose an achievable, sustainable, profitable and socially responsible business model, aimed at two types of users, the first is an elderly person who has a non-communicable disease (hypertension, cardiovascular problems) and a communicable disease (respiratory), and the second is the person responsible for the care, for example, a direct relative with an average age range of less than 50 years. For the solution of the product / service we integrate, the need, plus the advantages of the technology, and the red ocean strategy. The opportunity for this business is high because in the national market we have not found a similar and accessible product / service that can be manufactured and commercialized. In sum, with the implementation of the proposal, it is desired to produce a sustainable impact on three Social Development Goals (SDGs). (a) health and well-being, (b) decent work and economic growth.
