Resumen
El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como objetivo describir y analizar la
experiencia significativa referida a un programa para el desarrollo profesional docente y
la investigación en la pedagogía de la danza desde la experiencia como docente y de
coordinación de dicho programa. De esta manera, bajo la metodología de la narración
reflexiva, se asume a la danza como un tema de gran relevancia en el contexto educativo
peruano, debido al potencial formativo inherente a esta disciplina y al espacio de esta
práctica artística en el campo de la educación formal (instituciones educativas, escuela
profesionales) y de la educación no-formal (academias de danza y espacios
comunitarios), que requiere de ciertos pilares que sustenten y garanticen la calidad y
pertinencia del programa de formación continua en danza. Así mismo, el presente trabajo
vincula la experiencia significativa con la formación recibida en la Facultad de Educación
y analiza su impacto en el ejercicio docente de la investigadora; como resultado de la
reflexión, se ofrecen aportes a la propuesta formativa de la Facultad.
This professional competency report aims to describe and analyze a meaningful experience related to a professional development and research program in dance pedagogy, from the perspective of the author as both instructor and coordinator of said program. Using a reflective narrative methodology, this work considers dance as a subject of great relevance in the Peruvian educational context, due to its inherent formative potential and its presence in both formal education (educational institutions, professional schools) and non-formal education (dance academies, community spaces). The experience highlights the need for foundational pillars to ensure the quality and relevance of continuing education programs in dance. Furthermore, this report links the meaningful experience with the academic training received at the School of Education and analyzes its impact on the author's teaching practice. As a result of the reflection, contributions are offered to enhance the school’s educational proposal.
