intervención dirigida a estudiantes adolescentes.
This document describes the skills developed during my preprofessional practices in a public school in Metropolitan Lima and as a psychology student. In the first place, I made a diagnosis in the science faculty of a private university in Metropolitan Lima. I elaborate a tree of problems and a matrix of those involved to know the perception of the direct and indirect beneficiaries, as well as to know the causes and consequences of the problem. Secondly, in my internship center I directed, designed and executed a social skills workshop, which allowed me to demonstrate my ability to make an intervention aimed at adolescent students. To do this, I based on theories such as developmental psychology, mainly from adolescence, and social learning theory. Third, I made the evaluation of an intervention program that aimed to get fifth grade students to describe the strategies for structuring space, organization and transformation, and self-reinforcement of self-regulated learning applicable in the process of executing an academic task. This allowed me to highlight the importance of making effective evaluations of intervention programs to find out if they are feasible or require adjustments, as well as knowing if the proposed results were achieved. Finally, my learning achievements for each competence and the ethical considerations used are mentioned.
