Las trayectorias profesionales de los docentes tutores del nivel secundario: Un estudio de caso de una Institución Emblemática pública de Lima Metropolitana

Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por finalidad reconocer el valor que tiene para los
docentes su recorrido profesional, comprendiendo sus dilemas de carrera en forma
individual y como colectivo, así como el grado de satisfacción laboral que
encuentran en su desarrollo profesional como tutores y su visión prospectiva a partir
del análisis de las trayectorias profesionales de los docentes tutores de educación
secundaria de una institución emblemática.
Se trata de un estudio de casos de tipo descriptivo. La muestra alcanza a seis
docentes del nivel secundario, utilizándose dos instrumentos que fueron el
curriculum vitae y la entrevista semiestructurada. Las conclusiones a las cuales se
llegó nos sitúan ante las percepciones que tienen los docentes tutores sobre su
labor tutorial y los conflictos que se dan a partir de su experiencia tutorial. Asimismo,
se destaca la satisfacción laboral como docente tutor y la existencia de un perfil
para realizar esta acción de manera eficiente y comprometida.
The purpose of this research was based on the review of the professional trajectories of secondary education tutors from an emblematic institution, to recognize the assessment they make of them, understanding their career dilemmas individually and as a group, and the degree of job satisfaction that they find in their professional development as tutors and their prospective vision. This is a descriptive case study. The sample reaches six teachers of the secondary level, using two instruments that were the curriculum vitae and the semi-structured interview. The conclusions reached place us before the perceptions that tutor teachers have about their tutorial work and the conflicts that arise from their tutorial experience, job satisfaction as a tutor teacher and the existence of a profile for carry out this action in an efficient and committed manner.
