Abstract

According to the results obtained, through the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect tool applied to teachers and teaching assistants, they were identified as the most valued competences: building trust, promoting commitment and self-development. At the same time, it was possible to identify that the less valued competences are: business acuity, financial acuity and ambiguity management.
