Abstract
Esta investigación ha sido desarrollada con la finalidad de proponer la implementación de
un sistema ERP para mejorar eficientemente la gestión operativa y administrativa del
área de ventas y los niveles de los inventarios, se realizó un estudio para conocer los
procesos de funcionamiento de las actividades de las áreas de ventas y del almacén.
Se realizo un análisis interno del área de ventas y del almacén para determinar los
problemas, las deficiencias y necesidades para la implementación del sistema ERP, con
esta información se definió los lineamientos básicos y los parámetros necesarios para
que se adapte en el sistema ERP.
Con el estudio económico de esta investigación se concluye que es rentable la
implementación del sistema ERP en la empresa, obteniendo una utilidad neta anual de S/
235,428 soles y un incremento de la utilidad neta del 41.65% después de la
implementación del ERP, la inversión en esta implementación, el retorno de la inversión,
sus beneficios y oportunidades potenciales para la empresa serian significativas y muy
favorables para el crecimiento de la compañía.
Finalmente, al terminar la investigación y la propuesta, se concluye que la
implementación del sistema ERP es factible.
This research has been developed with the purpose of proposing the implementation of an ERP system to efficiently improve the operational and administrative management of the sales area and the inventory levels, a study was conducted to know the operating processes of the activities of the sales and warehouse areas. An internal analysis of the sales area and the warehouse was carried out to determine the problems, deficiencies and needs for the implementation of the ERP system. With this information, the basic guidelines and parameters necessary to adapt the ERP system were defined. With the economic study of this research it is concluded that it is profitable to implement the ERP system in the company, obtaining an annual net profit of S/ 235,428 soles and an increase in net profit of 41.65% after the implementation of ERP, the investment in this implementation, the return on investment, its benefits and potential opportunities for the company would be significant and very favorable for the growth of the company. Finally, at the end of the research and the proposal, it is concluded that the implementation of the ERP system is feasible.
