Abstract
Scientific research speaks of interactions as a relational and exchange process that, if promoted from an early age, contributes to the development of skills that children will use throughout their lives, strengthening their brain architecture and thus nurturing new abilities. This research has the purpose of reflecting on the importance of interactions from an early age, based on the work of accompaniment carried out by the community education promoters of a family environment PRONOEI, located in the district of Callería, in the department of Ucayali. This study presents a qualitative research approach and it should be pointed out that the level of research is explanatory since it seeks to understand, under two dimensions of analysis, the actions and practices developed in the service. The results of the study, based on the observation of home visits, the experience of the community education promoters and the feelings of the families of the PRONOEI family environment service, show contrasts in the availability shown by the PEC during their accompaniment and the quality of the language she uses to guide and provide feedback that favors the accompaniment of the children and families in the program.
