Diseño de un libro-juego para reforzar el desarrollo socioemocional en preescolares durante la virtualización del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje

Abstract
Durante la pandemia de COVID-19 (2019-2022), el aprendizaje en todos los niveles
educativos se ha visto afectado por la virtualización de la enseñanza debido al
confinamiento, especialmente entre los niños en edad preescolar, quienes se vieron
limitados en sus capacidades de desarrollo socioemocional. Frente a este contexto, se
propone el proyecto Amika, que consiste en el diseño de un libro-juego que permite al
niño desarrollar habilidades emocionales como empatía, socialización y autonomía. El
juego está dirigido a niños, padres y maestros; contendrá actividades de desarrollo
socioemocional; y permite al docente crear situaciones o retos que complementen lo
aprendido en clase, por lo que sirve también como material pedagógico. Aunque surge en
el contexto de confinamiento, se puede utilizar en clases virtuales durante la reinserción a
la presencialidad. Este proyecto de diseño tiene tres objetivos: fortalecer el desarrollo
socioemocional en los preescolares, incentivar la interacción entre los compañeros de
clase y que los niños desarrollen su creatividad mientras se divierten jugando.
During the COVID-19 pandemic (2019-2022), learning at all educational levels has been affected by the virtualization of teaching due to confinement, especially among preschool children, who have been limited in their capacities for socio-emotional development. The Amika project is proposed in response to this context. It consists of the design of a bookgame that will allow the child to develop emotional skills such as empathy, socialization and autonomy. The game is addressed to children, parents and teachers. It will have socio-emotional development activities and will allow the teacher to create situations or challenges that complement what is learned in class, so it will also serve as pedagogical material. Although it arises in the context of confinement, it will be used in virtual classes during reintegration into face-to-face classes.
