40%.

Finally, the OCAI tool was used to determine the current organizational culture and the desired future culture. According to the results of the analysis, it was decided to implement a Cultural Transformation strategy in three stages: Cultural Diagnosis, Cultural Implementation and Control of Cultural Implementation. With this strategy, it will be possible to manage the organizational culture, promote the desired values and behaviors in the company, and thus address the main problem. The viability of this strategy is based on the diagnoses carried out, with a four-year projection. The qualitative and quantitative indicators demonstrate the feasibility of the project, with a VAN of S/ 93,900.00 and an TIR of 40%.
