Estrategias y trayectorias de liderazgo de directoras de instituciones educativas públicas de Lima Metropolitana en la Educación Básica Regular

Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como finalidad analizar las estrategias de liderazgo
empleadas por las directoras de instituciones educativas públicas de Lima
Metropolitana en la EBR y su relación con sus trayectorias de liderazgo. Para ello
se recogió información de las estrategias y trayectorias de liderazgo de directoras
mediante la revisión de diversos estudios relacionados tanto a nivel nacional como
internacional con la finalidad de tener una noción de la problemática indicada y
conocer cuáles fueron los impactos que han ido generando sus desempeños en
sus organizaciones educativas. Por tal razón, este estudio responde a un enfoque
cualitativo que tiene como método el corte fenomenológico ya que el centró de
atención fueron las experiencias de las directoras escolares. Asimismo, se usó la
técnica de la entrevista a profundidad y se usó el instrumento de la guía de
preguntas que fueron aplicadas a cuatro directoras escolares. Finalmente, algunas
de las conclusiones más importantes encontradas fueron que las estrategias de
liderazgo implementadas por las directoras están profundamente conectadas con
sus trayectorias profesionales, reflejando una combinación de experiencia,
resiliencia y compromiso con la mejora educativa; además, estas estrategias
incluyen la formulación de una visión compartida, la promoción de una
comunicación efectiva, la gestión eficiente de recursos y la capacitación continua
de los docentes, contribuyendo a mejorar tanto las prácticas pedagógicas como el
entorno institucional. Finalmente, a pesar de los desafíos asociados con
estereotipos de género y el machismo, las directoras han demostrado una notable
capacidad para adaptarse y superar barreras, enfocándose en sus competencias y
liderazgo transformador.
The purpose of this research was to analyze the leadership strategies used by female directors of public educational institutions in Metropolitan Lima in the EBR and their relationship with their leadership trajectories. To do so, information was collected on the leadership strategies and trajectories of female directors by reviewing various related studies both nationally and internationally in order to have an understanding of the problem indicated and to know what impacts their performances have generated in their educational organizations. For this reason, this study responds to a qualitative approach that has the phenomenological approach as its method, since the focus of attention was the experiences of the school directors. Likewise, the in-depth interview technique was used and the instrument of the question guide was used, which was applied to four school directors. Finally, some of the most important conclusions found were that the leadership strategies implemented by the directors are deeply connected to their professional trajectories, reflecting a combination of experience, resilience and commitment to educational improvement; Furthermore, these strategies include the formulation of a shared vision, the promotion of effective communication, the efficient management of resources and the continuous training of teachers, contributing to improving both pedagogical practices and the institutional environment. Finally, despite the challenges associated with gender stereotypes and machismo, female directors have demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and overcome barriers, focusing on their competencies and transformative leadership.
