Abstract
organizado.

Innovation project, problem located in the value chain, located at the level of processes; Therefore, from this social problem, we have studied the causes, as well as police operational actions that, applied rigorously and opportunely, will help to optimize the results against organized crime. The innovation was focused, the police operative work against these two was perfected, it was distributed among the population and it was investigated by detectives from the specialized police unit, such as the crime of kidnapping and extortion. Although these criminal types are framed in different titles of the Peruvian criminal law, it should be noted that the criminal operation of the active subjects for both criminal offenses has a particular similarity; Hence, in its study, evaluation and approach to the solution, it must also be integral and concatenated to achieve the stated objective. The innovation project concludes, presents tools and statements under the command of the Peruvian police, to help systematize operational procedures and achieve tangible results in the reduction of organized crime.
