Reflexiones de la práctica preprofesional realizada en un aula de segundo grado de Primaria de una I.E. pública del distrito de Pueblo Libre

Abstract
El presente informe responde a un trabajo de suficiencia profesional para obtener
el grado de licenciada en Educación Primaria. Este tiene como objetivo principal
reflexionar de manera crítica y permanente en torno al desarrollo de las
competencias logradas a lo largo de la formación como docente, así como el
desempeño preprofesional en un contexto de aula, todo ello en base a las
competencias y desempeños propuestos en el perfil de egreso de la Facultad de
Educación de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. En este sentido, se realiza
un análisis minucioso en base a algunas experiencias significativas que sustentan
el logro de dichas competencias, acompañadas de un sustento teórico. Estas
experiencias están documentadas en el portafolio, como evidencias de las
competencias, pues este es una herramienta de autoevaluación y sistematización
de la práctica docente. De acuerdo con Lamas y Vargas (2016), el portafolio es una
herramienta formativa y evaluativa, que fomenta la reflexión continua y la
construcción en conjunto de conocimientos y habilidades metacognitivas. Para el
desarrollo de este documento, se han considerado aspectos relevantes tales como:
el contexto educativo en el cual se realiza la práctica preprofesional, un marco
referencial acerca de los aspectos relacionados a la educación, una reflexión crítica
sobre las competencias profesionales logradas y en proceso de logro, así como una
valoración global de las fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora en las competencias
analizadas y desarrolladas en el aula de prácticas.
This report responds to a professional sufficiency job to obtain a degree in Elemen tary education. The main objective of this is to reflect critically and permanently on the development of the skills achieved throughout the teacher training, as well as preprofessional performance in a classroom context, all based on the competencies and performances proposed in the graduate profile of the Faculty of Education of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. In this sense, a detailed analysis is carried out based on some significant experiences that support the achievement of these competencies, accompanied by theoretical support. These experiences are documented in the portfolio, as evidence of competencies, since this is a tool for self-evaluation and systematization of teaching practice. According to Lamas and Vargas (2016), the portfolio is a formative and evaluation tool, which encourages continuous reflection and the joint construction of knowledge and metacognitive skills. For the development of this document, relevant aspects have been considered such as: the educational context in which pre-vocational practice takes place, a frame of reference for aspects related to education, a critical reflection on the professional competencies achieved and in the process of being achieved, as well as an overall assessment of the strengths and opportunities for improvement in the skills analyzed and developed in the work experience classroom.
