Abstract
El plan de negocio está orientado a la implementación de una plataforma online de
bienestar integral, enfatizando en el término «integral», en el bienestar de la persona,
considerándolo como un todo, y tomando en cuenta las tendencias tecnológicas, la evolución
y el crecimiento del mercado de bienestar y salud. La plataforma propuesta, llamada Smart
Wellness, busca ayudar a las personas conectándolas con profesionales especializados y
ofreciéndoles las herramientas necesarias para mejorar su bienestar personal e integral.
El plan de negocio de Smart Wellness busca crear una mayor variedad de soluciones
relacionadas con el bienestar integral y así abarcar una amplia cantidad de necesidades
individuales. Esta variedad se busca obtener a través de un portafolio de soluciones como el
almacenamiento de diversos videos relacionados con actividades wellness, las reservas de
clases virtuales en vivo con profesionales del sector, así como la venta de implementos,
productos especializados y eventos wellness.
En el 2020, por la pandemia, varias empresas de la industria del bienestar se vieron
obligadas a migrar a un servicio virtual, y otras ingresaron al sector. En el Perú, dentro del
rubro, existen competidores fuertes como Fitco Moves y KO Digital Studio, quienes ya
ofrecen plataformas, pero con enfoque en el lado físico del bienestar de una persona, tratando
de complementarlo con algunas ofertas de yoga o meditación.
Los estudios de mercado realizados en esta investigación, la coyuntura y los nuevos
hábitos de las personas y sus necesidades de integrar su bienestar en lo físico, emocional y
mental, convergen en la pertinencia de implementar Smart Wellness, por su alta rentabilidad
a partir del tercer año de operaciones, con una proyección de expansión en una primera etapa
a las principales ciudades del país, y a algunos países de Latinoamérica.
