la plataforma in house “Indigo”.

This tool will allow for the automation of processes, guaranteeing efficiency, transparency, and traceability in human resources management. Additionally, it will facilitate the structuring and control of personnel requirements, from application to hiring. This project has an estimated investment of S/67,000.00 and an implementation time of six months, with a benefit of S/210,840.00 in the first year and a return on investment (ROI) of 214.69%. It is estimated that the implementation will also improve the productivity of Business Advisors, who are responsible for 56% of the revenue, increasing credit placements by S/845,217.39 considering the reduced execution time of the recruitment and selection process. In summary, the project will improve operational efficiency and contribute to the economic growth of CMAC ICA.
