Resumen
El objeto de la investigación es explorar avenidas por las cuales el Perú pueda
extender su plataforma continental más allá de las 200 M en concordancia con
lo que establece la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Derecho del
Mar de 1982, la práctica de los Estados y las sentencias de tribunales
internacionales que han sido proferidas sobre la materia.
The objective of this research is to explore avenues through which Peru may extend its continental shelf beyond 200 M in accordance with the provisions established by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 1982, the practice of States, and the judgments of international tribunals that have been rendered on the subject matter.
