Abstract

However, it is not being prevented that within the solid waste generated with this technology are its batteries, which have Lithium Ion as one of its main components, which is highly polluting, which is why it has caused us concern. , that there are no specific regulations for the final disposal or reuse of said batteries, given the complex situation in the country with the issue of solid waste and its disposal, which according to MINAM generates an average of 21 thousand tons of waste up to date. Therefore, it is necessary that action be taken on the matter, because we are living the reality of electric vehicles and will soon have them as part of our solid waste.
